디스토피아 문학의 소재감?
과학소설 작가들이 경찰국가 디스토피아나 식량폭동에 대해 쓰는 걸 보면, 경찰들이 하루 24시간 국가권력을 집행하기 위해 뭘 감수해야만 하는지를 염두에 두는 일이 없어 보인다. 이제 우리는 안다. 경찰들은 완전무장하고 시멘트를 매트리스삼아 길에서 잔다.
